Our Concept Design Package is the start of your dream becoming a real home. 

It includes:

• Workbooks 2 and 3 of our Brief Building Process
  
• A welcome goodie pack which includes Spencer Cocoa Single Origin chocolate, The Tea Collective Tea, A Papersaver notebook and Native Seedbox Seedballs
  
• A one on one session with our designer where we go through our brief questionnaire together
• We visit your site, measure up any existing buildings and complete a comprehensive site study which includes photos, videos and sketches
• We complete a Project Scope Document which is our answer to your brief. We include relevant planning information (including a Section 10.7[2&5] Planning Certificate), and any challenges that we can see arising throughout the process
• Our first round of concept designs includes between 1-3 options depending on your brief. We input the existing site into CAD, complete a detailed site analysis, hand sketch designs, plans and conceptual artwork
• We meet with you to present our designs and workshop to settle on your preferred design
• In our second round of concept design we revise our concept drawings to reflect your preferred design
• An online initial costings report 

Investment for the Concept Design Package is as follows:

– 25% of the price upon purchase through our website

– 40% of the price 4 weeks after purchase (via invoice)

– 35% of the price 8 weeks after purchase (via invoice)
