A one of one brief deep dive session with one of our designers
A site visit where we measure up any existing buildings and complete a comprehensive site study which includes photos, videos and sketches.
A Project Scope Document which includes relevant planning information, constraints and required consultants
First round of concept design which includes 1-3 options depending on your brief. We translate the existing conditions into CAD and develop the designs using hand sketches, plans and conceptual artwork
Workshop sessions where we present our ideas and workshop the designs to tailor it to your needs
Final round of concept design where we provide CAD plans based on your feedback
An online initial costing report

Investment for the Concept Design Package is as follows:

– 25% of the price upon purchase through our website

– 40% of the price 4 weeks after purchase (via invoice)

– 35% of the price 8 weeks after purchase (via invoice)
